I’m Jen Oliver and I’ve served as the Director of Curation, Speaker Coach, and Executive Producer for TEDx Folsom since 2020. To date, I’ve worked with 80+ speakers and reviewed more than 750 speaker applications.
I am also the founder of Speaking REAL Communications. I coach women privately, in my Signature group programs, and on contract with organizations. I'm uniquely focused on developing speakers from the inside-out. When a woman is clear and connected to who she is along with the power of her idea - she leans into her message and speaks with a different level of conviction and confidence. This attracts curators and audiences who find her words and presence compelling and memorable
I’m Geleen Antonio, the founder of Speaker Accelerator.
I help women turn their lived experiences into clear, TEDx-worthy ideas and navigate the application process with strategy so they can land the stage.
My TEDx journey started six years ago when I set out to become a speaker, but instead of just applying, I went behind the scenes. I volunteered with TEDxChicago, studied speaker curation, selection, and auditions, and connected with organizers globally, all while living as a digital nomad across 20+ countries.
That path led me to land my own TEDx stage at TEDxTupelo with my talk, How Solo Travel Breaks Generational Curses, and now shapes how I support speakers today.
Through my Substack, Speaker Accelerator, I share open TEDx opportunities and strategies to make the process more accessible, especially for women from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds.
